Ride cancellations, failed payments and refunds need a clear policy when booking becomes available.

Last updated: 18 October 2026. TREVGO is preparing its ride-booking experience. This page is a draft disclosure, not a promise of a currently operating refund service.

Current website status

This website is informational and does not currently take ride bookings or ride payments. Do not submit payment details through this website. Because rides are not booked here, this page does not currently create a right to a ride refund.

When bookings launch

Before launching paid rides, TREVGO should publish the actual rules for passenger cancellation, driver cancellation, no-shows, duplicate or failed payments, partial trips, completed trips, fare disputes, and refund timing. Any cancellation charge must be disclosed to the customer before they confirm a booking.

Payment reversals

For a payment that is duplicated, failed or reversed, the final policy should explain how customers can raise a request, what evidence may be needed, expected processing timelines and how the outcome will be communicated. Actual timing may depend on the payment provider and bank.

How to contact us

For a pre-launch enquiry, use the contact page. Once live service support is available, this section must be updated with the correct support channel and escalation process.

Before enabling payments, insert the real cancellation/refund rules, actual fee policy, response times and responsible legal entity. Do not promise automatic or guaranteed refunds unless the operational process supports that promise.
